Connect
I would love to connect with you over the course of this campaign.
If my story or my priorities appeal to you, I’d be honored to have your help. You’ll find opportunities on this page to donate, to volunteer, to spread the word, and to stay informed.
And regardless of where you stand in this race, I would love to hear from you. Please weigh in to tell me about your experiences with, your concerns about, and your priorities for our public schools here in Carroll County, Maryland.
Donate.
Your financial support is greatly appreciated. It is what will enable my team to utilize the basic tools of a local campaign: signs, printed literature, website fees, etc.
Thank you in advance for your generosity!
Volunteer.
Your time and effort would also be greatly appreciated. If we are to run this campaign well, we have much work to do.
We could use help from a few people who want to take on coordinating roles (fundraising, volunteers, signs, outreach, etc.) We could also use help from people who would like to be on the ground, doing the footwork necessary to get out the vote (placing signs, handing out literature, campaigning at polling stations, etc.)
Please fill out the following form if you’d like to volunteer.
Spread the word.
Perhaps the most important way you can help this campaign is to spread the word among your own networks.
You could do this by talking to your friends and neighbors. (We can provide talking points to those who would find that helpful.) You could host a meet-and-greet, or invite me to speak to an organization with which you are affiliated.
You could distribute literature. You could email your friends a link to this website. You could walk your own neighborhood to knock on doors, or you could do so elsewhere. You could put one of my signs on your property.
Or, for a very simple, impactful way to help: you could like, comment, and share the campaign’s social media posts. (Doing so will help posts reach more people, because social media platforms are more likely to show posts when they are receiving likes, comments, and shares.)
Please fill out the Volunteer / Spread the Word form, linked above, if you’d like to help in this way.
Stay informed.
Weigh in.
Regardless of where you stand in this race, or what your relationship to Carroll County Public Schools looks like, I would love to hear from you.
Are you a parent? A teacher? A grandparent? A local employer? Do you have personal experience with special education in the County? With the school system’s efforts to make students college or career ready? Are you a champion of CCPS? Are you a critic?
Whoever you are, I want to hear from you.
